Iverson isn't even mentioned in the top 5 any longer for top PG's. He's never won anything as basketball is a team game, and "shoot first" PG's have been proven to be great for stats, but bad for your team. Did you hear that Stephan Marbury? I'm not going to argue the man's talent, however, that position needs to be just a bit more than what he offers at the NBA level.
