If you mean a front hoof split,this is the answer.#1-Clean split out as good as you can.#2-Get a can of rock Hard Putty(sold at Lowe`s Hardware,etc.).#3-Mix to thickness off really stiff pancake batter and apply to split.#4-It dry`s really fast.When it is ready,sand smooth.Keep the horse off training or racing for two week`s.Split will heal from inside out and should be good within a couple week`s.
