  1. Focus on your legs and core for TKD.  You need explosive fast power in your legs, and good balance from the core.  I recommend

    LEGS:

    leg presses

    leg curls

    squats

    lunges or jump-lunges (non weighted if you jump)

    ABS:

    situps / crunches

    medicine ball crunches

    V-ups

    LOWER BACK:

    seated rows or bent over barbell rows

    deadlifts

    back extensions

    And tons of cardio!
