I am a brain injury student, in a criminal justice class; I have a hard time look things up and researching questions and such. But, I do. I could really use some help here. Here is the rest of question, with the rest of the info.

At some point, you observed the testimony of various witnesses. List the strengths and weaknesses of several different individual’s testimony and determine whether or not you believed them.

What made an impression on you?

What made you believe in their truthfulness?

Write a brief summary of your findings and present them to the class. Focus on the factors involved in your decision-making process concerning the veracity of the witnesses.

Thanks,

Carol

  1. Carol, I don't understand.  This question seems to imply that there was some sort of mock trial in your classroom with "witnesses".   The questions that are being asked are subjective; they are all about what YOU thought as you watched the mock trial and whether YOU believed them and why.

There is nothing to research here.  It is your opinion of what you saw.

Regarding your brain injury, I'm sure you can be successful in school if you take plenty of notes of everything that happens in class.  That will help you a lot for assignments like this.

    Good luck.
