Watch Dog Group for Social Security?

Question

I was wondering if there is a watch dog group that sort of helps with social security problems? It seems like they get away with what ever they say. You can not go to the supervisor because that person also works for SS. The whole outfit seems crooked, there should be someone independent who watches over them........Thanks
