Watch TV on your computer?

HI i want a straight answer , i want to watch TV on my computer , i don't want to watch Anything on websites , i want to buy something that lets me watch it . Does any 1 no where i can buy summat that lets me do this , and around a price how much it would cost me and what i would have to do , many thanks ,Aaron

You need a TV tuner card for your computer.  Check ebay for a good deal on one.  You will still need to subscribe to Cable, Satellite or have a TV ant.

You need a TV tuner card.  You simply install it into a PCI slot on your computer, install the drivers and program, and you're ready to go.

I've had one from Hauppage before, and I liked it a lot.  And people who shop at Newegg tend to be a little more computer-savvy than those from Best Buy and Amazon, so read their reviews before buying the cheapest card on there.  Remember ... you get what you pay for.
