Watch fox television abroad?

Im an American living in the Philippines and i would like to watch fox news and stuff like 24, I have cable but they are a year later on,all their shows. So does anyone one know how i can watch it? I tried fox on demand but they only let people watch that are inside the US.

When I was studying abroad I wanted to watch shows from ABC so I would try watching online, most of the times I couldn't because it only worked in the USA and YouTube worked that's where I watched most of my shows
