Watch movies instantly on Netflix - can multiple people on same acct do this?

Question

My roommate has an account with Netflix and I decided to pitch in half price and be added to her account. She is the primary accountholder and I have my own username and password that she granted me access to. My question is, I tried to watch movies instantly online and it told me that I don't have access to this feature and I need to contact the accountholder. My question is, CAN she grant me access to this or can only one person per account have access to the watch movies instantly feature? I'd ask her to look but she's away for a few days and I'd just like to know if it's even a possibility. Thanks!

In the account profiles area there is no option to enable a secondary account the ability to use the "Watch Instantly" functionality.
