Hi, I recently tried to replace my watch battery for my Guess watch. I even had the watch repair have a look at it and try to replace the battery at a local department store. However, after trying a few batteries in the appropriate size, none of them would fit so something is likely wrong with one of the watch parts. It has come to my attention that Guess watches have a ten year warranty. My watch is almost five years old and although I do have the box and instruction manual, I don't have the warranty. Would it be possible for me to get the watch fixed by you guys without providing you with the warranty? If so, could you please write me back and let me know what the appropriate channels would be for me to go through, in order to get it fixed. My watch is a different model than the serial number above because I couldn't find it on this site. The serial number is G85618L. Thanks a lot. Meredith
