Watched a movie on Reality?

What is REALITY?

Reality TV is awful watch more shows on non reality if you want a better time.  Something like Rounders or something a movie totaly based in fiction.

I don't know what you're referring to. Or what you're asking, if you are asking something, that is. I thinik you're telling someone something. Anyway, I find the comment funny.There can be non-fiction movies, such as Al Gore's film, but reality can't be and always is, at the same time, "captured" on a film or in a picture. Reality is where you saw this moview of yours.It  is where, what, how , why, when, you watched.

Know this, though. There is The Possible and The Actual. That is to say, what could be, and what is. What could be, called possibility space, is far larger than what is (space).

Very like Zen, if one can put the answer to your question into words, then one doesn't reallly understand it. The best answer , were someone to ask this to your face, would be to give the asker a gentle push. It may hurt. It will anger him or her. There you go. Reality. (Another meaningless question, I'm afraid.)

The only problem is, the only piece of reality you can prove exists is yourself. There is a quote by Descartes that goes,, "I think, therefore I am." But that is all you can prove for sure.

How do you know I wrote this and some part of your subconscious didn't just make it up for you? Although, I might be wasting my time trying to help you when you might be a figment of my imagination.

In which case I am not wasting my time because time doesn't necessarily exist either.

Have fun trying to prove you are sane and that everything is real. The bright side? If you are insane and only you exist, at least you are the only person that exists and nobody can put you in an insane asylum.

I would say more, but on the off-chance that you don't exist I have decided that is enough.

Now that answer was really funny.   Al Gore's film is about as far from reality and non-fiction as you can possibily get.   It should really be named The Convenient Lie.
