Watching Rugby in San Francisco?

I'll be in San Fran from June 21st to July13th and would love to know where I can watch the Tri-Nations? I'm sure there are some great sports bars, but would love to find one with a great rugby atmosphere...

In addition, if anyone can suggets some great cheap places to dine out, I'd really appreciate it!
