The child see some useful program in t.v.it's not a problem.At the same time child watch continuous .it will affect his health.

It depends upon the show the child is watching. If he/she watches something educational then it's okay. For televisions are also sources of information. Like currents affairs by watching the news. But have to watch out what their child is watching. Because there are some shows that could be too much for a twelve year old.
