Question:

Watching Time and Sales?

On the time and sales, there is sales volume and buy volume. Is it a time to buy when the buy volume far surpasses the sales volume by an almost 2:1 ratio? Or is this faulty thinking? I like to use charts and indicators but thinking about adding this to my arsenal as well. The stock isn't moving but buy voulme is definitley winning for the day by far. Does this entail an upward movement?

  1. Buy volume increase means that there is more buying interest. This might lead to an increase in the price of the stock.

However this alone might not be a decisive factor - Look at other technical indicators like RSI, MACD and MA to find out if the stock is really in bullish phase.
