Watching videos on my Nokia E71?

after i transfer the video over to my phone,it only plays audio but there are no graphics. the file format is mp4 and my phone is supposed to support .mp4 how do i rectify this? thanks!!

It all depends on the exact codec (and codec parameters) used to encode that MP4 file, the phone cannot support them all, obviously.

Use PC Suite's Video Manager to convert your file into the format supported by the phone (the application will know which that is).
