Watching world cup rugby in LA?

I'm visiting Redondo Beach for a few weeks and would like to know how widely broadcast rugby will be in SoCal, esp LA metro area. Will this be premuim tv only or is it available on standard network?

Go to the Harp Inn in Costa Mesa.  All of the matches are being shown live.  Have a pint or two.  Relax!
