  1. We used to reuse the plastic type water bottles, then some time ago my wife saw a news article on bacteria that grows at the mouth peace. Then came the fact of the chemicals from the plastic leching into the water. I had to no hope of convincing her all would be OK, she had just gone though cancer treatments as well.  We now use stainless steel water bottles with filtered water.

  2. I use a stainless steel thermos for a water bottle and refill with Britta water any plastic will leach out chemicals into the water so be careful

  3. I have been reusing a gatorade bottle for quite some time now. They are durable and last a long time. My husband has been using the same gatorade bottle for 2+ years now, and it's still in great shape.

We use the Brita water pitcher to filter our tap water, and refill our bottles. It works great!

You can find "eco-friendly" water bottles on the net.

    Good luck & God bless!

  4. I'm now using eco friendly water bottles that use less plastic and are lighter in weight.
