Water Conditioner and Biological Filtration Booster

does the water conditioner do anything to the pH of the water? when do i put in the booster? [i have no fish in the tank rite now]

  1. water conditioner has nothing to do with the pH of the water.  As long as your pH stays stable, any fish you eventually get should adjust to the water just fine. I don't really know about the booster though.
