If you have a water meter, are the charges for sewage included in the bill . And what would the average charge be for a 3 bed house occupied by 2 O.A.Ps

Dont go anywhere near a water meter, even a single person alone can up the water bill price. Have a look at southern water and the isle of wight  first area metered..
