Water Question.?

When I was taking a shower I put the water on full heat and full blast and for a split-second right when I touched it, it felt cold a little why is that. ( Is it just me?)

When water gets to a certain temp. It willl feel cold but actually just be really hot.

Its just ur nerve endings reacting to the heat and the extremely high temp. It just feels cold but its really hot. U just cant tell.

The water that was in the pipe between the shower head and the hot water heater had cooled since it was just sitting in the pipe.  When you turned the water to full heat, the water that had cooled in the pipe had to be pushed out of the shower head before the hot water from the water heater arrived.

i think there's a defect on the heater.i think it is broken.good heaters don't act that way.
