If a gram of water at sea level is heated from 37 degrees to 101 degrees, how much heat would be absorbed by the water?

I have no idea how to answer this. Just looking for help on how to answer it.

  1. Well, one calorie is the amount of energy/heat needed to raise one gram of water one degree Celsius.  

    So, for example, if one gram of water absorbs 10 calories, you would raise the temperature by 10 degrees C
