Water Service has turned the water off in the street i work in?

Question

we have no water for the toilet, to make tea or anything like that.

I heard once that if that happens you should not be forced to work. we have no where to use the toilet!!

I'm pretty sure that is grounds for a day off. I think the building must have water and electricity but I'm not posative on this.

Yeah it's illegal for you to work without access to clean water, you should get sent home.
