Water Slide at Great Adventure?

I have gone on the front row of kingda ka with my sister, the front row of nitro with my sister and my dad, the front row of batman with my sister, and the back of superman the ultimate flight with my sister. I even went on the teacups with my mom and my dad and the congo rapids with my mom and my dad. But everytime we enter the great adventure park, there is this water slide. We have gone in the summer twice and it was never open. Is this ride part of the park?

yes, and i do not know why it isnt open yet. may be not opened because many water rides are delayed until summer.
