Water Where to turn to?

I am looking for a way to get help with an ideal on an excellent way to save and have unlimited water for everyone.Anyone have any suggestions? I was going to write my Senators or the Governor of California who I really admire. Any good answers out there ??

There are hundred of appliances you can buy to save on water... low-water dish washers, low-flow shower heads, toilets that use less water when flushed, etc.

Also, take faster showers and turn the water off when you are brushing your teeth! little things like that really add up.
