Water and Electricity cost for a 1 bedroom apartment?

I live in Dallas.

Just wondering what the average cost is in the area for Water and Electricity for a 700sqft or smaller apartment.

I'll have a 40inch LCD TV, but I wont use that often.

Only use water to take a shower (2 times a day), Wash dishes, cook, and do Landry.

Want the temperature around 70 something.

What do you guys think?

Water will be about $30.00 and electric will be about $300.00 if you want 70 something temp. Turn down the temp a little and you are talking $200.00.
