Water balloon crime?

For our senior prank the seniors were going to water balloon the underclassmen after school. However, it was rumored that if we were caught, we could face jail time as water ballooning is considered assault. Any suggestions?

Just keep in mind the weight of the water inside the balloon.  We had a water balloon war and I threw one out of my car and hit a friend's car while he was passing.  It shattered his windshield.

sounds like an excellent plan.  jail time for commiting an assualt with water balloons?  sounds like big brother is slowly creeping into our lives.

By the letter of the law, yes, "attacking" someone with water balloons would be considered assault.

I have never heard of someone being charged with assault with water balloons.

i think that romor is fake u cant go to jail for waterbaloons they wouldnt sell them if u could i say do it
