Water-boarding Art Project?

At the New-York Coney Island the Human Rights Watch, has funded this project:

I believe there should also be another Project in next window, showing 12 Islamic Jihadi Terrorists Beheading Americans.

This way we can really decide what is more brutal and inhumane.

That will give clear opportunity for people to make their mind what should be done about terrorists and terrorism.

Human Rights Watch.... I equate them to being as effective as the UN was in Rwanda.

Why 12 Terrorist? And what's a Jihadi Terrorist as opposed to a Jihadi, or a Terrorist? I can't wait to see this answer.
