Water collecting in refrigerator and ice...

Question

Ice forming in the bottom of the freezer and water collecting on the refrigerator shelves and under the crispers. Whirlpool Model number ET21DMXDW top freezer model. Have cleaned coils and checked freezer for drain ports- there are no drain ports -so the water must be coming through the cold air vents that go between the freezer and refrigerator.
