Water cooler help!!!?

Question

Ok so heres my problem It's really hot 110 degrees right now and theres no AC in my house only a water cooler. I thought water cooler were just like a fan cuz its never throw cool air when its hot, but yesterday I was at my friends apt and I was telling her how hot my house was and she said that her moms house has a water cooler and that it gets cold there, and she asked if the water was running and maybe thats y it wasnt workin, and I was like wait what water? Lol. Im so clueless as to how it works. Maybe she was right. Anybody know how to make it have cool air, what she was talkin bout???

First off make sure the k**b is set to pump.  secondly if you had no idea  that water ran through ther. its time for maintenece.unplug . remove  panels from outside clean the h**l out of all that gunk in there.  Do you see that part sitting in the bottom . thats a waterpump. a hose  should be attached to the cooler somewhere to fill it up.  then after you clean  leave panels off and  turn k**b to pump. to make sure pump uis pumping water  to top . you will see water pouting down. . if it doesnt  youyneed new pump . make sure you replace the pads on the panels before you replace . youdont have to but it gets cooler that way.
