Water drainage in fridge

Question

I have ice all in the bottom of my freezer and now water is leaking out into my fridge. I have a Kenmore 70184001. The drain gets frozen up and I have to thaw it out about every 6 months. This is crazy to have to keep thawing it out like this all the time. Is there something else that I need to look at or do?
