  1. Okey, so I created an eating disorder SUPPORT site. It is not a weight loss community for young people who are looking to lose 10 pounds in 3 days! I created it to give some support, advice (not tips on how to purge) and some very useful information about eating disorders. My motives are very clean and true. This is the site or group if you wanted to read a few. Go directly to the intro page, http://grou.ps/ed_support. Tell me what you think? I don't encourage eating disorder, so I hope people get that!

  2. If that is every last calorie you consumed then you really don't have much to worry about. I'd estimate that you've had roughly 1800 calorie, 200 calories under your recommended daily intake. Of course you are lacking in vitamins and nutrients since there is no fresh fruit or veg, but in terms of calories, you are in the right direction. A day like this once a month is fine. Fasting however is not fine, it lowers your metabolism which eventually leads to weight gain. Eat 3 sensible meals a day and as much fruit and water as you like, combine with 30-40 minutes of exercise 6 days a week and you will lose weight healthily.

If anyone tries to motivate you to go on a 'water fast' then I can tell you with confidence that they do not have a clue how to lose weight and eat right.

    However, you are not overweight.

    Edit:

    Croissant- 300

    Cheese- 100

    Crab Claws- 200

    Seaweed Roll- 100

Lamb Kebab- anything from 800 to 1400 (depending on size and quality of ingredients, but with a name like 'ali baba', it's hardly going to be lean lamb with a homemade sauce).

Edit: lingdoc- 900 calories is a massive underestimate. An average sized kebab can easily contain 70 grams of fat, that is 630 calories alone, not counting the carbs, protein and sugars of the bread, lamb and sauce. That leaves 270 calories from your estimation to make up the meat, the bread, the sauce, a croissant, serving of cheese, 2 crab claws and half a seaweed roll, when 270 calories can be achieved with just 2 pieces of buttered toast.

  3. If you only need to lose 10 pounds, it will probably be a bit hard. The m  ore you get closer to your ideal wieght, the harder and slower it gets.

  4. too many, its only 12.30!!!! GOSH!!

wel its 12.30 wer i live so thats bad! shame on you, are you happy????huh?????i bet your not, the next time you think of doing it, remember this feeling!!!!!

    its not nice!!!

was that bad motivation...im sorry lol

  5. i did a water fast once and i was happy with it, i did it for 6 day my aim was 10 but my mother forced me to eat but i'm happy that i could do it and probibly go for more than 10 day i lost 8 pounds mostly water weight, i was 200lbs i got down to 192.2 now 4 months later i'm at 198. i didn't do this for weight loss i did this to see how my body reacts, i plan to do another 10+ days.

  6. Sounds as if you have taken in about 850-900 calories, this of course is a guesstimate because you didnt weigh the lamb, tell me the cheese type or portion, nor did you tell me what the croissant was made of (white flour vs. Wheat).

Nonetheless, 5'9/130, you burn about 1200 calories doing nothing but living... factor in 30 min of exercise... add an additional 300-600 calories.

So actually you have a caloric deficit of about 300 - 900 calories already today.  To lose weight you need a 3500 calorie deficit per week.  More than 7000 is unhealthy.  You are on pace to hit 6300.  SO i wouldnt fast.  You would be better off uping the water intake, yes, but do it as a suppliment to your food.  Also, it seems to me that if that is all you ate, you need to increase your vegetables, Green ones perferably.  Also if you steam them, you will have only minimal calories, but the increased fiber will help your body break down and process more calories, fat and cholesterol.

Anything more than that and i would need a pic to help you target specifics.

  7. i will go on a water diet as i am looking for an easy 10 pounds or so to lose
