Water filters in stores?

Question

Any of the filters sold in say walmart or other department stores capable of filtering fluoride? If not how can i filter my tap water? Also for a side question how can i find out how much fluoride is in my tap water?

I work for a popular grocery store chain and yes you can buy them, they're usually in the water aisle.
