Water in my crankcase!!!! =(

Question

I was taking off my intake manifold (76 dodge 360ci) because the intake gaskets were leaking oil, yes i know that sounds weird but I don't want to explain. Anyway, I drained a little over a gallon of coolant, then went to take off the manifold and noticed when i pried it up, there was still water falling out of the manifold. A gallon should of been plenty but apparently there was coolant trapped somewhere. So now theres possibly a little bit if coolant in my crankcase (est. 2-3 fl. oz.) Will this much do damage? If so, what's the easiest way to flush the block clean?

2 or 3 ounces won't hurt anything, I would continue breaking the engine in for a half hour then drain the oil and put on a new filter and you should be good to go.

pull your oil plug change your oil, filter. after that any water left in it should be minimal. If your really worried after changing your oil, drive it for 15-20 minutes and then change the oil again.

Blot as much up with paper towels, clean and dry the engine where it got wet. finish your job and change the oil and filter... you should be fine. Good luck.
