Shortly after having my Tag Heuer, gents automatic watch serviced, in August, the numerals started to discolour. Then the glass became obscured by tiny droplets of water. Clearly water is present.I work overseas and only periodically return to the UK. Upon my return a couple of weeks ago I arranged to have my watch returned to the service agent and have just been advised that the water has got in due to the crown not being sufficiently tightened, this being a common problem at this time of year when the clocks are changed.I find this very difficult to digest as I've had this watch for about 12 years and I'm sure I've previously been diving without the crown being fully tightened. The only water that my watch is currently subjected to is my twice daily shower. Appreciate hearing what you might have to say. RegardsPeter C. King.
