This the 3rd Machine we've bought (two times D90, and third time a C100), but the problem is nothing is working! We fill the container with cold water, switch on, wait until the blinking stops, then press the "cup" button: nothing comes out but a little whining noise! We also follow the "troubleshooting" steps, but it doesn't help! Are we doing something wrong here?
