  1. I know that a lot of people don't drink the amount of water they should daily, and while it may not solve major health issues, it will probably keep you healthier all around and keep your body happy if you were to drink more.  I know that when I drink more water I just feel better all around.  I'm not sure what kind of research is on the subject though, you should check that out.

  2. that is entirely unfounded if your feeling better after you drink water, its either a matter of confirmation bias(your only counting the times you felt better from drinking water and not the times where it had no effect) confusing correlation with causation(just because you drank more water and got over an illness doesn't mean the water cured the illness) or you are simply feeling bad because you are dehydrated.

  3. yep... its a natural healer

  4. if its clean water

  5. Water is great but calling it "the best medicine" is just not an accurate statement, based on what the words "best" and "medicine" mean.

A medicine is something that cures an ailment or disease, which water really doesn't. Water can only cure dehydration, low water intake, thirst... which aren't essentially diseases but consequences associated with not drinking  enough water.

I do agree with you in the amazing simplicity of water though, but your statement needs some refining.

  6. not really.

if you have too much water it can harm you.

  7. water is simply essential to almost every single process within the body, so i wouldn't call it a medicine. any ailment water "cures" arises from the lack of water in the first place.                                           you take a medicine when you are sick, once you get better you dont need it anymore. you drink water to stay healthy and be able to live, there are no conditions.
