Question:

Water logged kettle

The cart was rented out one weekend and came back with the kettle washed therefore ruined. There is no maker identity on the machine but the model number is HMKJ-8A. It's not a Gold Medal and Paragon says it's not one of theirs. I really need to get this popper fixed. Help!
