Question:

Water making me nauseous?

For some reason plain-old bottled water (specifically Ice Mountain but it seems to be other plain water, too) makes me nauseous. I've been having this problem for a little over a year now. It just started randomly. All I drank was bottled water, with the occasional Pepsi now and then. One day I went to school (I had drank a water before going) and a little into the hour I got the worst stomach cramps. I had to go home. I went to sleep and woke perfectly fine. Ever since I've had to drink just pop or juice.

  1. Well have you tried different water? or Sadly sparkling water Yuck. As for soda, if ya didn't know it is just sugar and water,.and you don't want diabetes so you need something other than juice and soda. Also make sure you eat something light...just water in the morning sometimes don't break the fast you had overnight hence the word Breakfast.

  2. is the water too cold or too warm? Try to have it room temp and very little sip at a time. don't jug it down. try it with some little ice anda peice of lime/lemon it take s the edge. Look at your bottlled water adn check if it is high in mineral which ICE mountain tend to be-try EVian, or a low mineral water.

  3. try putting a bit of sugar in it

  4. maybe ure just drinking too much? try only having a little and see if it does anything. hope it all works out dude
