Water on pool cover?

i put a hose in and the other end out, it still did not come out.... the water smells i need to get this done

put one end on the pool cover where there is water and take the other end in ur hands. put ur mouth on the hose [i no its gross] and quickly suck in the air. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER! put the hose wherever it will be draining and the water should flow perfectly out the hose. if this doesnt work, try it again.

the hose should work if it is short. but with a long hose for draining/siphoning, we don't have the lung capacity to siphon  all that effectively,  

i mean you can,  but it takes a very long time and must plug the hose every time you take the suction off of it.

otherwise, use a wet vacuum nozzle and attach it to the hose with duck tape. it will create the flow much quicker  just make sure you have someone on the other end of the pool cover making sure the hose remains submerged
