I've been playing water polo and doing very well at it, but the area im not satisfied with is getting those bursts of speed to give you an advantage. A kid on a team we played recently could just dart through the water and be on top of our offense so fast it was crazy. I asked him about it after the game and he said he would never tell a player on a different team. So i was wondering what muscle group(s) and teachniques are needed to be able to move through the water at an oppenent lightning fast?
