Your supposed to drink 8 glasses of water in a day right....

Well I'm going to Try to do that [after I haven't drank water in like a week]

And i know thats badd.. its probably why I have acne and its neverrr going away

Because i need to drink more water to flush all the junk away..

But anyway, my real question is, how many pints are in 8 glasses of water? (or however many glasses your supposed to drink in a day)

Im drinking from a arrowhead water bottle that's apparently one pint.. I keep refilling the same bottle.. how many of these am I supposed to drink?

8 glasses of water equaling 8oz each = 64 oz / day

64 ounces is equal to 4 pints

but I drink tons & tons of water & it doesn't help my acne.  GL

8 cups or glasses= 2 liters or half a gallon of water so 4 pints.

Well in Australian you're supossed to drink 8L a day which translates to 14.1 pints. That's the same the world ova.

1 pint = 2 servings = 16 ounces = 2 cups = 2 glasses

The 8 glasses of day thing is outdated and inaccurate.

For proper hydration and health we need 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise. With hot/dry days and climates even more is needed.

We can get some water from food and other drinks. However caffeine and alcohol dehydrate us. SO they don't count towards water intake. In fact more water must be consumed to offset the dehydrating effects.

As above, you should be drinking plenty of water, especially healthy water ie. spring water, not tap water.

Also, you shouldn't be refilling your arrowhead water bottle, actually, any PET water bottle for that matter. The plastic washes through eventually and you get a unpleasant plastic taste. Also you should not freeze PET bottles or pour hot tea/coffee into it.

If you are looking for a bottle to reuse, you should look for PC or polycarbonate bottles, they can be reused many time, with no effect on the plastic.
