Water rugby players?

Hi,

I recently heard about how the water rugby ball is netural boyuant, I was wondering, how do you make the ball that way??

I heard you put salt water in the ball. Do you go to the sea to get the water, or do you make your own remedy salt water?

And, how to you get the water into the ball? How far do you fill it up??

It's salt tablets that they use, they cover it with heated plastic, witch hardens.
