Water substitute for milk???

okay im trying to make bisquick pancakes but dont have any milk

  1. You will need to get milk, unless you have some powdered milk.


  2. In this case, there is  no way water can replace milk. The creaminess + other factors of milk are needed for the pancakes, and are not present in water.
