We purchased a water system, oxy, reverse osmosis, and a softener.
This system is not working for us, the r.o. keeps plugging up, the oxy is turning our water green and we still have sulfur odor in house, and the water softener is not softening our water.
They have a 12 month guarantee that if the system does not work for you that they will take the system back and refund all our money.
We have been calling them to take it out and they refuse to take out the softener, (they are willing to take out the oxy and r.o.0. Test results show that our water is still hard. We have been contacting them for months and they haven't returned our phone calls.( We are in the 11th month)
What actions should we take in getting this system out of our house?
Like I said they will not return our phone calls, even though we leave several messages with the secretary. We are very frustrated and have $7500. invested in this system, if it isn't working then we should not have to keep it and pay for it, are we right to think this way?
Should we contact the better business bureau or go straight to an attorney?
Sorry it was so long, we just need some help. Thank you for any suggestions.
