Having just watched this evening's Panorama on the environmental impact of bottled water. I don't drink water and would never pay for it if I did! however, I once heard that Londoners tap water has passed through bodies 7 times, was that true?

  1. I dont know about bodies but all i know its gods water and we are paying far to much water rates

  2. yes but most rain water has also passed through a few people. its not as if anyone is pissing in the water supply. all water is just recycled.

  3. You must drink water in some shape or form surely? Tea, coffee, squash, many fruit juices, soups, sauces, fizzy drinks, beers, spirits, wine ..... and if you own your own home (& frequently if you rent) you have to pay water rates. Other contributers have already confirmed that water just goes round and round and round because it's a natural cycle - almost wherever you live in the UK, not just London.

  4. Water has a cycle...yes.

From vapor to rain to stream to ocean to vapor and so on.

Humans  tap into this cycle and use it...then passit on back to the cycle.
