  1. You may lose a bit less than a pound.

Also water is good for general health, but it wont help you burn calories.

  2. if you want to burn calories then eat celery, its so low in its own calories that by the time you have eaten it its used up some that you already had, its the most pointless food unless you wan to loose weight

  3. Hi there it is an accepted fact that diets never work permanently. I advise that you have a look at http://urlsnub.com/vyy its an excellent site with lots of advice and it's all free. I lost 9 pounds in five weeks by using their methods

  4. just drinking water will not burn you much calories off, that's for sure

and then - you will burn more 3100 calories in 4 days by just simply not doing anything special - a normal person burns more than 1500 a day!

only breathing burns about 300 daily

  5. From what i know, water has 0 calories. So it is much preferred by many.

  6. the only way water helps you lose weight is by filling you up.  It's a pretty common fact that after doing excercise, running around, or any kind of extreme activity most of us feel "hungry".  All it really is, is dehydration.  Sometimes after activities all someone has to do to lose weight is first drink water, take care of that dehydration feeling, then eat.  Water itself contains no fat/calorie burning substance.

I believe it 3000 calories per lb?  whether you eat 3k more or 3k less, i dont mean starve or eat like 8meals, i mean over the course of time like you did of course.
