Water zip & unzip ?

any body help me to find method for zipping a tank of water in a small qube. and according to requirement unzip to anywhere by camical reaction or another method, I want to solve water problem in my area.

You want to compress water like a zip file?

No can do.  It's as compressed as it can get (within a few percent).
