It most likely clog your sink drain faster.  The energy would only work when something is going down the drain.  

I would use windmills, it is much cleaner.

"Will it create energy?" NO, it will change the potiental energy of the falling water to kenetic energy on the wheel .Also increase your water bill.

Everything creates energy however I don't believe it'll be enough to light a up a flash light.  Good luck....
