Waterbed mattress question?

I have a queen size waterbed, but I am wanting to get just a regular mattress and put in the frame. Now, I heard somewhere that you have to go down a mattress size. Is this true? Or will I just use a queen sized mattress?

  1. no you do not need to go down a size it will fit but it will be taller!


  2. It will depend on the bedframe

    Just measure how many inches across your frame is and bring the measurements with you when shopping for your new mattress!

    Kudos to you :) Waterbeds are tough on the back!
