Waterfront Hall, Belfast Seats?

I am buying two seats to a performance in the Waterfront Hall in Belfast and am looking in Block A

Im doing it over the internet and have been offered seats 12 & 13.

Does anyone know if these are isle seats or can find a more detailed seating chart?
