Watertaxi?

Question

I just heard about the watertaxi to Chinatown...has anyone tried it yet? If so, how was it? I was thinking of taking my 11 year old.....but he's so "cool" that I wouldn't want to "bore" him (lol...these kids nowadays). I just wanted to hear what other Chicagoans thought about it. the watertaxi is the most fun experience i have ever had in my life.

the Chicago water taxi has a website. look it up. and I think if he brings a friend along , he'll enjoy the boat ride more. There are 5 stops and they run everyday along Wacker drive

I haven't tried it but I used to work downtown years ago and the watertaxi's on the river looked very cool!  I have always loved chinatown so I think it will be cool.  And had to contribute - Go Cubbies as well! :)
